Welcome to LemonAppStand. By accessing or using our website and digital tools, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. Use of the Service

LemonAppStand provides teacher-led digital learning tools intended for classroom and educational use. Our tools are designed to support instruction and practice activities.

You agree to use LemonAppStand:

  • for lawful, educational purposes only
  • in accordance with these Terms
  • under appropriate teacher supervision when students are involved

2. Accounts and Access

Some features may require a teacher account or subscription. Teachers are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
  • all activity that occurs under their account

Students do not create accounts on LemonAppStand.

3. Student Use and Responsibility

Teachers may allow students to use LemonAppStand tools during live classroom sessions. Teachers are responsible for:

  • supervising student use
  • instructing students to enter only a first name or nickname
  • ensuring students do not enter personal or identifying information

LemonAppStand is not responsible for personal information students provide contrary to these instructions.

4. Session-Based Data

Live classroom tools use temporary, session-based data. Session data is:

  • used only to support real-time classroom activity
  • deleted when a teacher ends a session
  • automatically removed within 24 hours if a session is left open or inactive

LemonAppStand does not provide long-term student records or progress tracking tied to individual students.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, code, and materials on LemonAppStand are owned by LemonAppStand or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Teachers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tools in their own classrooms. You may not:

  • copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the tools
  • claim ownership of LemonAppStand content
  • use the tools to create competing products

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the tools or attempt to disrupt service
  • upload or enter inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
  • use LemonAppStand in a way that violates laws or school policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription:

  • fees are billed according to the plan selected
  • subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • you may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support

Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimer

LemonAppStand is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

  • the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • results from educational use will meet specific outcomes

Educational decisions remain the responsibility of the teacher.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemonAppStand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify LemonAppStand or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LemonAppStand operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
